The customer service is the worst. I've never experienced something like this, I've waited one month for my package just to get it canceled without a real explanation!!
Very easy to control
Terrible, spent hours choosing 14 items that were on sale and qualified for 30% off also, when I tried pay via PayPal kept showing full amount even though said had accepted promo code. Then spent hours trying sort it out and get them understand on message customer service, finally apologised and said to go ahead and order and they would sort it, still got charged full amount , then denied I had made order, then today every time try get through to someone App says bummer not working, try later

Clothes are good and all but it sucks that it's only for midgets I'm 6ft6 amd I can rarely find stuff my size

I enjoy browsing but half of the time when trying to buy items they cancel your orders. I had to call them because they canceled my order TWICE due to the item being out of stock. How are you going to take someone's money if you knew it wasn't in stock? Update your system PLEASE. I'm so tired of not getting what I paid for

Won't let me view that app because it thinks I'm "using automated tools to browse the web" and that I have ad blocker. I have none of these, answered the captcha and still can't use the app. Tried reinstalling, no help.
